⁷¹⁰ द्रव्यं गृहीत्वा वृद्धयर्थ भोगयोग्यं ददाति चेत् । जङ्गमं स्थावरं वापि भोग्याधिः स तु कथ्यते ॥ मूल्यं तदखिलं दत्त्वा स्वक्षेत्रादिकमाप्नुयात् ॥ कात्या. 516 q. by व्यव. नि. p. 242, स. वि. p. 234, which says that this is अप्रत्ययभोग्याधि.
