⁸¹⁷ सर्वस्वं गृहवर्जं तु कुटुम्बभरणाधिकम् । यत् द्रव्यं तत्स्वकं देयमेदेयं स्यादतो-ऽन्यथा ॥ कात्या. 640 q. by परा. मा. III. 214, वि. र. p. 129, स. वि. p. 283. Kāt. prohibits the gift of a house if a man owns only one.
