⁸⁷³ किञ्चिद् द्रव्यमादाय काले दास्यामि ते क्वचित् । नो चेन्मूलमिदं त्यक्तं केदारस्येति यः क्रयः । स उक्तलाभ इत्युक्त उक्तकालेऽव्यर्पणात् । भारद्वाज q. by व्यव. नि. p. 351, स. वि. p. 324. This is similar to the mortgage by conditional sale defined in section 58 of the Transfer of Property Act.
