⁸⁷⁶ विक्रयेषु च सर्वेषु कूपवृक्षादि लेखयेत्। जलमार्गादि यत्किञ्चिदन्यच्चैव बृहस्पतिः॥ क्षेत्राद्युपेतं परिपक्वसस्यं वृक्षं फलं वाप्युपभोगयोग्यम्। कूपं तटाकं गृहसङ्गतं च क्रीतेपि विक्रेतुरिदं वदन्ति॥ बृह. q. by व्यव. नि. p. 349, स. वि. p. 326. Compare sec. 8 of the Transfer of Property Act (Act. IV. of 1882) as to what passes on a sale. The व्यव. नि. p. 349 explains as एव्वलिखितेषु केतुर्न भवन्तीत्यर्थः.
