¹²⁰⁵ यस्त्वयं चतुर्थादविभक्तविभक्तानामित्यादिदेवलौक्तनियमः स सहवासादी । अयं तु दूरदुर्गमवासादावित्यविरोधः। वि. र. p. 541. The स्मृतिच. II. p. 308 states that the last verse applies only to lands (i. e. a partition can be reopened only as to immovable property). तद्नेन चिरप्रोषितवंशयेन समन्ताद्वासिभिर्मौलैरात्मज्ञा-पनपूर्वकं भागग्रहणं कार्यम् । दायभाग VIII. 4.
