B.), 128 where it was held that a man's sister's daughter's son is a heritable *bandhu* but a remark was made (which was an *obiter dictum*) that the sister's daughter's son's son would not be a bandhu of the propositus because the latter was not a descendant of the grandfather of the former, his father or mother.
