¹⁵⁴⁷ Vide *Manilal Rewadat v. Bai Rewa* 17 Bom. 758 (as to inheritance of non-technical strīdhana) where it was held that as regards strīdhana under the Mayūkha the woman is recognized as a fresh source of devolution, that the words 'sons and the rest' mean no more than sons, grandsons and great-grandsons, that as regards property which does not class as pāribhāṣika strīdhana, the sons and the rest take precedence over the 'daughters and the rest (i. e. their issue)', that failing sons and daughters the heirs to pāribhāṣika strīdhana and apāribhāṣika strīdhana are the same, save that as between male and female offspring the latter have a preferential right as to pāribhāṣika, while the former have a similar right as to apāribhāṣika. पारिभाषिकातिरिक्तं मातृधनं दुहितृसत्त्वे पुत्रादय एव लभेरन्। व्य. मयूख p. 160.
