The last *vyavahārapada* is *prakīrṇaka*, which is defined by Viṣṇu Dh. S. 42. 1 as 'miscellaneous' (yadanuktaṁ tat pra-kīrṇakam) or by Nār. as matters that were to be set in motion by the king himself (vide note 331). These have been dealt with above and do not require any further treatment here.
