¹³²¹ यथा जातपुत्रः कृष्णकेशोऽग्नीनादधीत—इत्यत्र वयोवस्थाविशेषः, यथा वा—अर्धमन्तर्वेदि मिनोत्यर्धं बहिर्वेदि—इत्यनेन देशविशेषो लक्ष्यते तथात्र गोत्ररिक्थपिण्डस्वधापवैर्जनकादीनां पिण्डसम्बन्धप्रयुक्तं कार्यमात्रं लक्षयित्वा तन्निवृत्तिरुच्यते। तेन सोदरपितृव्यादिसम्बन्धनिवृत्तिरपि सिद्धा भवति। व्य. मयूख p. 115. The bhāṣya of Śabara and the Tantravārtika explain how there will be vākyabheda if the sentence (ardham &c.) is literally construed.
