*Uddālakavrata*—Vide Vas. Dh. S XI. 76-77; it was prescribed for one who was patitasāvitrīka. See H. of Dh. vol II pp. 376-377. In HV II p. 932 (from Brah ), it is described as subsisting on āmikṣā and boiled milk for two months each, eight days on curds, three days on ghee and total fast for one day.
