*Putrīya-saptamī*—on 7th of Mārg. śu., worship of Sun, he should subsist on *haviṣya* food that day; on next day worship Sun with upacāras from *gandha* and follow nakta that day, for one year; HV I. 789-90 (from Vi. Dh.). Putrīya means 'that confers a son'.
