There is another rather modern work called Prārabdha-dhvānta-saṁhṛti (destruction of the darkness i. e. ignorance about *prārabdha*) composed in *śaka* 1741 (1819 A. D.) at Pañcavaṭī near Nasik by Acyutarāya Moḍaka, a learned and prolific writer. The only known ms. is in the Mysore Government Oriental Library and is in Kannada script. The present author got a Devanāgarī transcript of the Ms. through the kindness of the authorities of the Library.
