³ तिरोहितान्तरागार-नक्तारक्षोपधुपकृत-कृतांश्च व्यवहारात् प्रतिषेधयेयुः । कर्तुः कारयितुश्च पूर्वस्साहसदण्डः । मोहस्थाने-वेकं प्रत्यर्थदण्डः । अदेयानां तु द्रव्यपणयः । Exceptions :—
(a) परोक्षेषाधिकर्षयश्चमवञ्चयन्करा वा तिरोहितासिष्धेयुः ।
