Nīlakaṇṭha's *Bhagavantabhāskara* is complete in 12 *mayūkhas* (rays). One of the *mayūkhas* is given over to *rājanīti*. The author was a cousin of Kamalākara and may be taken to have composed his works between 1610 and 1650.
