It is to be mentioned that while in the U.S.A. Prof. Sarkar was a contributing editor to the *Journal of International Relations* edited by President G. Stanley Hall of Clark University. At Berlin (1922-1924) he was the editor of *Commercial News* established by the Indo-europäische Handelsgesellschaft of which the Managing Director was and continues to be Mr. Birendra Nath Das-Gupta B.S.E.E. (Purdue, U.S.A.), electrical engineer.
