*Third*—Urge the *āmins* of the *parganas*, that at the beginning of the year, after inquiring into the agricultural assets (*maujudāt-i-mazru‘aāt*) [269a] of every tenant, village by village, they should with attention to details assess the revenue in such a way as to benefit the Government and give ease to the ryots. And send the *daul** of revenue to the imperial record office without delay.
