Year 4. Land given tax-free by the *Mahāsabhā*, also called *Peruṅguṟi Mahāsabhā*, of Uttaramēlūr alias Rājēndra-śōḷa-caturvēdimaṅgalam as *Bhaviṣya* (paviḷiyak)-kiḍaippuṟam, so that some one might reside in the place permanently and impart instruction and enjoy the proceeds of 720 *kuḻi* of land.
