All correspondence with the government or the district officers, or the Sardars, or the Subhedars or other Killedars, should be written by the Sabnis. The Sabnis should put his sign in them. After the Subhedar has sealed it, the Karkhanis should enter it in the daily ledger. He should not put his sign, but the letter should not be despatched without being recorded in the daily ledger.
