"Chimnaji Ganesh Sathe of Kaliye in Tarf Majgaum in Taluka Ratnagiri having built a new ship was exempted from Octroi and other taxes on goods brought in the ship from other ports to his village for household use. His ship was also exempted from liability to forced service." (Marathe's Translation) 38.
