The copper-plate inscription found within a *stūpa* inside a *stūpa*-shrine (*gṛhastūpa*) excavated at Kalawan near Taxila helps us in the dating of the *stūpa*-shrine, as the inscription records the deposits of relics within a *gṛhastūpa* at Chadasilā by a female worshipper in the year 134 of Azes (c. A.D. 77).
