Flat axes of copper continued to be used in the Chalcolithic period as is evident from NEVASA, JORWE, CHANDOLI and NAVDATOLI. The types are more or less akin to the finds in other cultures. The specimens from NEVASA have a triangular, roughly lenticular section with a flat butt end, resembling the types found at JORWE, NEVASA and NAVDATOLI.
