Copper slag is also reported from such sites as LOTHAI. (Harappa [4.9]), AHAR² (Chalcolithic [4.14.1]), RAJGHAT⁴ and SHAMALAJI (early historical); and iron slag from HASTINĀPURA (PGW), RAJGHAT⁴, UJJAIN, PANDU RAJAR DHIBI, MAHISDAL, SARADKEL and SHAMALAJI (all early historical). So-called glassy slag is reported from NAVDATOLI, MAHESHWAR, NAGARA, NEVASA and KOPIA (all from early historical levels). Slag is reported from a number of ash mound sites [14.3].
