3. Kāliṅga.—Various kings of Kāliṅga are mentioned either as Kāliṅgarājā or simply as Kāliṅga. For these see Kāliṅga (2). We also hear of Culla Kāliṅga and Mahā Kāliṅga. Culla Kāliṅga is sometimes called Kāliṅga-kumāra.¹
