Kadalinivātaka.—A locality in Ceylon situated on the road from Dakkhiṇadesa (more exactly Mahāgalla) to Anurādhapura.¹ A battle took place there between King Saṅghatissa and King Moggallāna (afterwards Moggallāna III.)² A later battle was fought there between Aggabodhi VI. and Prince Aggabodhi of Dakkhiṇadesa.³
