Gandhodakiya Thera.—An arahant. Ninety-one kappas ago he saw the Buddha Vipassī and sprinkled perfumed water on him. Thirty-one kappas ago he became king, under the name of Sugandha.¹ He is probably identical with Ātuma Thera.²
