**Tamonuda.**—A king of ninety-one kappas ago, a previous birth of Puṇṇāgapupphiya.¹ 1. **Tamba.**—A king of Benares whose queen was Sussondī. For his story see the Sussondī Jātaka.¹ He is identified with Ānanda.
