1. **Bandhujīvaka Thera.**—An arahant. Thirty-one kappas ago he strung *bandhujīvaka* flowers together and offered them to Sikhī Buddha. Seven kappas ago he was a king named Samantacaksū.¹ He is probably identical with Devasabha.²
