STHAṆḌILEYU. A son born to Raudrāśva, the third son of King Puru. The celestial maid Miśrakeśī was the mother of Sthaṇḍileyu. This Sthaṇḍileyu was a great archer. (Mahābhārata, Ādi Parva, Chapter 94, Verse 8).
