ŚUṆḌU. A King of the Puru dynasty. Manasyu was the son of King Prācinvān, the son of Janamejaya and grandson of Puru. Vitabhaya was the son of Manasyu. Śuṇḍu was Vitabhaya's son. Śuṇḍu's son was Bahuvidha. (Agni Purāṇa, Chapter 278).
