Mahāpauma Ninth Cakkavaṭṭi of the present Osappiṇi in the Bharaha(2) region of Jambuddīva.¹ He is also known as Paumaṇābha(1).² His capital was Vāṇārasi.³ He was contemporary of Titthayara Muṇisuvvaya(1). Paumattara(2) was his father and Jālā was his mother.⁴ His height was 20 dhanuṣas⁵ Vasumdharā(2) was his chief queen.⁶ He lived 3000 years and then attained emancipation.⁷
