*arthāruvā* (IE 8-5; EI 28), a tax of uncertain import; probably, Sanskrit *artha-rūpyaka* in the sense of a levy from the money-lenders on the amounts loaned out; also read as *andhā-ruvā*; see *pratyarthāruvā*.
