¹ Murāri-gupta (iv. 14, 3-11) alone, among Caitanya's biographers, and following him Locana-dāsa, inform us that Caitanya during this visit came once to Navadvīpa; this is confirmed by a Pada of Vāsu Ghoṣa cited in Gaura-pada-taraṅgiṇī (p. 271).
