⁶ In the text the wording is "atthi arahato asucisukkavisaṭṭhi?" It perhaps refers to an instance of the Māra gods having removed *asucisukka* of an arhat. The commentator remarks that the impostors passing as arhats may have *asucisukkavisaṭṭhi* and upon that the contention of the Śaila schools is based. The Theravādins take their stand upon the fact an arhat cannot have *rāga* and hence they cannot commit *asucisukkavisaṭṭhi*.
