Abu'l Khairu'llah son of Luṭfu'llah Muhandis was appointed head of the observatory at Delhi by emperor Mohammad Shāh in 1718. His *Taqrību't Taḥrīr*, is a Persian translation of Naṣirud-dīn's Arabic version on Ptolemy's *Almagest*. He compiled with the help of Nizāmu'd-dīn at Barjandī's commentary on Ṭusi's above work. The manuscript is available at the Bankipur Library. He wrote another commentary on the *Zīj-i-Muḥammad Shāhī*.
