Gangādhara ( c. 1420 A.D. ) was the son of Govardhana and grandson of Divākara, an inhabitant of Jambusāranagara. His commentary, *Gaṇitāmṛtasāgarī* or *Amṛtasāgarī* though confined to the *Līlāvatī* contains a chapter on the *Bījagaṇita*. This work appears almost verbatim of the original work.
