Añjana or collyrium is also of five kinds sauvīrāñjana, rasāñjana, śrotāñjana, puṣpāñjana and nīlāñjana. The extracts of these añjanas were used as cosmetics to the eyes (Śiv. R. VI,23; 115.116).
