The excavation brought to light a new cultural phase hitherto unknown in the Upper-Gaṅgā-Valley. This phase intermediate between OCP and PGW, also detected at Noh and Jodhpura is characterised mainly by the black and red ware, cores and waste flakes of semi-precious stones and copper objects. The other cultural equipments of the period included beads of various material and pottery discs.
