One of the noteworthy features in the Hastināpura excavation was the yielding of 211 beads of which 116 were terracotta, 78 carnelian, agate and precious gems, 12 copper, rest made of gold, ivory and bone. The beads were found in all levels except for the Period I. Maximum number were in Period III.
