गोरोचना *Gorochaná*, or the concretions found in the gall-bladder of the ox, are considered cooling, aromatic and useful in abortion and diseases supposed to be caused by evil spirits. *Gorochaná* is sometimes given to infants in small doses as a laxative. It enters into the composition of some medicines for skin diseases.
