A part of the Astronomical Tables of Ulugh Beg which we have noticed in Bābar's reign was translated under the supervision of Amīr Fatḥullāh Shīrāzī, as also the Sanskrit works,—the *Kishn Jōshī*, the *Gangādhar*, and the *Mahes-Mahānanda* under Abul Faẓl.³ Bābar's *Memoirs* was translated from Turkish into Persian by 'Abdul-Raḥīm Khān Khānān in 1590 A.D.⁴
