A number of texts regard Caraka as an authority on rasaśāstra. Raghunātha Paṇḍita's Cikitsāmañjarī contains a series of rasayogas said to belong to the domain of Caraka.¹⁰⁷ Iatrochemical formulae attributed to Caraka in other treatises are: a śivaguṭikā,¹⁰⁸ somanātharasa,¹⁰⁹ and varuṇādyalauha.¹¹⁰
