Saṃghātabalapravṛtta are those āgantu 256 disorders which are caused by contests (vigraha) of a weaker with a stronger one; they are of two kinds: brought about by sharp objects (śastra) 257 and by wild animals (vyāla). 258 These are the disorders called ādhibhautika.
