One testimony remains to be discussed. Śivadāsasena states in his commentary on the Cakradatta³³² that a particular verse of the Hṛdaya (U.22.41cd) is inspired by Jejjaṭa. The presence of a corresponding passage in prose in the Saṃgraha (U.26.31) might be regarded as an indication that Jejjaṭa antedates this work too, if Śivadāsasena is to be trusted.
