425 Regarded as a variety of ghoṣā by Cakra. Known as devadālī and called devalī in the vernacular according to Ḍalhaṇa. The same as devaṭāḍaka of the Carakasaṃhitā according to T.B. Singh and K.C. Chunekar (1972). Ghoṣā is absent from Caraka- and Suśrutasaṃhitā. Devadālī is Luffa echinata Roxb. according to P.V. Sharma (1997), who regards ghoṣā as a synonym of śatapuṣpā.
