It may well be that more recipes of the Bower MS would prove to derive from Bhela, if it were possible to consult a complete MS of the Bhelasaṃhitā. Three recipes of the Bower MS, absent from the Tanjore MS of the Bhelasaṃhitā, are attributed to Bhela in Candraṭa’s Yogaratnasamuccaya: 73 II.280–286 (balātaila), 399–401 (gaṇḍamālāyoga), and 1059–1060 (lākṣādisarpis).
