The prescriptions are divided into four sections, containing prescriptions for an agada, ghees (ghrta),²²⁹ oils (taila) and powders (cūrṇa). J. Filliozat identified some of the formulae;²³⁰ later, many more could be traced by R.E. Emmerick.²³¹
