The manuscript of the *Jīvakapustaka*²²³ contains three separate tracts,²²⁴ which means that it is a typical ‘Sammelhandschrift’. Each tract begins with the word *siddham* (success). As neither a title nor a colophon are extant, and as the text has not been traced elsewhere, the convenient label *Jīvakapustaka* has been assigned to it.²²⁵
