Chapters 57–145 are about diseases and their treatment. Chapter 146 describes combinations of articles of food which are regarded as incompatible (viruddhāhāra). 560 Chapter 147 deals with vājīkaraṇa, and the last chapter, 148, enumerates the main drugs employed in each of the diseases mentioned.
