v3.c46.8
A number of recipes which, on account of the presence of ingredients of later origin, cannot be very old, are nevertheless attributed to ancient authorities like Ātreya (15–16: jātīpattryavaleha) and Bhāradvāja (108–109: copacīnīpāka). One formula (an avaleha called muphara: 106–107) has been borrowed from Islamic medicine; the same may apply to the sālimapāka (36).
