The son of Hariśaṅkara, the son of Rāmadāsa, the son of Yaśodhara, the son of Vasiṣṭha Rāvala, a Gurjara Brāhmaṇa of the Bhāradvājagotra, Gaṇapati wrote the Muhūrtagaṇapati at Kāśī in Saṃ. 1742 = A.D. 1686 for Lakṣmīrāma, the son of Manohara the Gauḍa rājā. There are 22 prakaraṇas.
